Thanksgiving Weekend

I have never been one to be really big on Thanksgiving. Maybe it is because we make such a fuss decorating for the other holidays that Thanksgiving is overshadowed. I don't know the reason, but we had a great Thanksgiving this year.

We spend Thursday at Wyatt's parents house. They ended up with a crew this year as some of Wyatt's cousins were able to come this year. Jordyn loved it because they have a daughter who is 13. Jordyn has always been really good at making new friends, and she was really bummed when the night was over and we had to head home. Marian made us all a wonderful dinner and we had a great time hanging out with family, playing with the cousins, and eating ridiculous amounts of food.

Thursday night we drove down to spend the weekend with my folks in Idaho Falls. After we got in, and put the kids to bed, I headed to Wal Mart to do some early shopping. I have never been to such a crazy Black Friday Sale. I have been to Wal Mart before for Black Friday and I think the store was probably just not prepared for what it would face. I did not get what I went for, but I did spend a ton more money than I had planned on other great deals. Maybe when I shop on Black Friday, I spend more than I save. Hmmmm.... Maybe we will pass next year.

The rest of the weekend was spent eating Jarem's leftovers, (Thanks, Jarem!) playing around the house, watching movies, and taking naps. All is all it was awesome!

Unfortunately, I was too slow to get in our photo shoot this year before the weather turned against us. Rhee has just figured out the camera concept and how whenever she sees one, she says cheese and smiles with her whole body. It makes the pictures look like she is possessed.
